By downloading, installing, or using LASTPAY, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
LASTPAY is operated by Oleksandr Shamshyn, an individual developer based in Spain ("we", "us"). Contact: legal@lastpay.app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install LASTPAY on your personal devices, play it for personal, non-commercial purposes, and create and share gameplay recordings subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Except where the law expressly allows it, you agree NOT to:
LASTPAY is a game made for entertainment. Salaries, expenses, balances, loans, sponsors and brands in the game are fictional, and any resemblance to real companies, products or people is coincidental. Nothing in LASTPAY is financial, legal or tax advice, and in-game results say nothing about real-world money decisions.
You agree to use LASTPAY in a manner that complies with applicable law and does not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, including bugs affecting rewards.
LASTPAY includes virtual items such as card packs and card skins, which you earn for free by playing. They are licensed to you for use in the game only, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for real money. Card packs contain randomized skins; the odds are published in our Virtual Goods Policy.
The current version of LASTPAY has no ads and no in-app purchases. If we add them in a future version, we will update these Terms and the Virtual Goods Policy before they become available. Any purchases would be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
All content in LASTPAY — including code, graphics, sound, text, logos, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may update the game and change or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; if a change is material, we will announce it on this page and, where appropriate, in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using LASTPAY after that, the updated Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the game and delete it at any time.
LASTPAY is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the game is error-free or uninterrupted, or that it works on every device or OS version. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for the loss of game progress or virtual items stored on your device.
You can stop using LASTPAY at any time by deleting the app. We may end your license to use LASTPAY if you seriously breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where the law requires us to.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts where you live, where the law allows it. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at legal@lastpay.app — we'll try to resolve it informally.
LASTPAY is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, whose terms also apply to your use of those stores. If you downloaded LASTPAY from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these Terms; Apple is not responsible for LASTPAY or its support.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding LASTPAY. They are also published in Russian; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
LASTPAY is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use LASTPAY with the permission of a parent or guardian.
