Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LASTPAY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install LASTPAY on your personal devices, play it for personal, non-commercial purposes, and create and share gameplay recordings subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer: decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the app
Cheat or hack: use cheats, exploits, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate purchases/rewards
Distribute: share the game files or modified versions
Commercial use: use the game commercially without written permission
Remove notices: remove copyright or other proprietary notices

4. Account and Data

LASTPAY does not require account registration
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device
You are responsible for maintaining your device and its data
We are not responsible for data loss from device failure, uninstallation, or user error

5. User Conduct

You agree to use LASTPAY in a manner that complies with applicable law, respects other players, and does not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — including bugs affecting rewards or purchases.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

LASTPAY may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items (such as card packs). By making a purchase, you agree that:

Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms
Purchases of consumable virtual items are generally final once delivered, except as required by Apple/Google refund policy or applicable law
Card pack contents are randomized; drop rates for each rarity tier are published in-app and in our Virtual Goods & Purchases Policy before you buy

7. Advertising

LASTPAY may show optional rewarded video ads in exchange for in-game rewards, served through Google AdMob. Ads are never required to continue playing. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in LASTPAY — including code, graphics, sound, text, logos, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the game, modify or discontinue features, change pricing or the availability of purchases, and update these Terms at any time.

10. Disclaimers

No warranty: LASTPAY is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Accuracy: we do not guarantee the game is error-free or uninterrupted. Compatibility: we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or OS version.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, is nil).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to LASTPAY for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

14. Third-Party Services

LASTPAY uses third-party services for advertising (Google AdMob) and purchase processing (RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding LASTPAY.

16. Age Requirements

By using LASTPAY, you confirm you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction to use the app and, where in-app purchases are enabled, to make purchases, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
