Virtual Goods & Purchases Policy

1. What Are Card Packs?

Card packs are virtual items that unlock cosmetic card skins for your player card. Skins are cosmetic only — they do not affect gameplay, difficulty, scoring, or your chance of survival.

2. How You Get Card Packs

In the current version, card packs are only earned for free by playing — for finishing a run, completing a month, and other in-game milestones. LASTPAY has no ads and no in-app purchases, so packs cannot be bought with real money.

3. Odds Disclosure

Each card pack contains one card skin. Which skin you get is random, weighted by rarity tier. These are the exact odds used by the game:

Common	70%
Rare	22%
Epic	7%
Legendary	1%

If every skin of a rarity tier is already unlocked, the pack awards a skin from an adjacent tier instead — it never grants a skin you already own while others remain locked. When you open a pack, the app also shows the drop rate of the rarity you received.

4. No Cash Value

Card packs and card skins are virtual items licensed to you for use within LASTPAY only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, gifted, resold, or transferred for real money or real-world goods, and exist only as long as LASTPAY supports them.

5. If Purchases Are Added Later

If a future version lets you buy card packs, we will update this policy before that version is released. In that case:

the odds will be shown in the app before you buy
payments and refunds will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms — we will never see your payment details
paid packs will not be offered where local law treats randomized paid items as gambling
packs will stay earnable for free by playing

6. Changes

If we change pack odds or how packs are awarded, we will update this page first.
