1. Introduction

Welcome to LASTPAY. This Privacy Policy explains what information LASTPAY collects, how it is used, and your choices. We designed LASTPAY to work with as little data as possible — no account is required to play.

2. Information We Don't Collect

Personal identity information: we do not collect your name, phone number, or address
Account information: no account registration or login is required to play
Location data: LASTPAY does not access your precise or approximate location
Contacts: we do not access your contacts or address book

3. Information Stored Locally On Your Device

Game settings: language preference, sound, music and haptics settings
Game progress: high score, best balance, survival statistics, unlocked card skins

This data stays in local app storage (AsyncStorage) on your device and is never sent to our servers.

4. Advertising (Rewarded Video Ads)

LASTPAY may offer optional rewarded video ads — you choose to watch a short ad in exchange for an in-game reward (e.g. an extra card pack). Ads are served through Google AdMob.

When you request or watch a rewarded ad, Google and its advertising partners may process:

Your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, or Advertising ID on Android)
Device and app information (device model, OS version, approximate ad interaction)
IP address (used by the ad network, not stored by us)

iOS: before any identifier is used for ad personalization, you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, LASTPAY still shows ads, but only non-personalized ones.

EEA / UK users: where required, a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) is shown before any personalized ad is requested.

You are never required to watch an ad to keep playing — ads are always optional and tied to an optional bonus reward.

5. In-App Purchases

LASTPAY may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, card packs). All payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see, receive, or store your payment card or bank details.

Purchase validation and restore are handled through RevenueCat, which receives your store purchase receipt/token and a randomly generated app user identifier (not your name or email) to confirm and restore purchases. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

6. Crash & Performance Data

LASTPAY may collect anonymous crash and basic performance data to fix bugs and improve stability. This data is not linked to your identity.

7. How We Use Information

Saving your game progress and settings on your own device
Showing you an optional rewarded ad when you request one
Processing and restoring optional in-app purchases
Fixing crashes and improving stability

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the advertising and payment-processing partners described above, which act as independent processors under their own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Access: view your game progress and settings within the game
Delete: clear all local game data through Settings, or by deleting the app
Opt out of personalized ads: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, or use your device's "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting
Restore purchases: available from Settings for any in-app purchase

9. Children's Privacy

LASTPAY does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Rewarded ads default to non-personalized where age or consent cannot be verified, consistent with Google AdMob's policies for child-directed treatment.

10. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Residents)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. Since gameplay data is stored locally, most of these rights are exercised directly on your device (delete the app or clear its data). For advertising or purchase-related data held by our processors, contact us using the details below and we will forward your request.

11. CCPA Rights (California Residents)

We do not sell personal information. Where AdMob or RevenueCat processing may qualify as a "share" under CCPA, you can opt out at any time via the App Tracking Transparency prompt or your device's ad personalization setting.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LASTPAY's features change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and, where required, announced in-app.
