LASTPAY is a mobile arcade game operated by Oleksandr Shamshyn, an individual developer based in Spain (European Union). He is the data controller for the processing described in this policy ("we", "us"). Contact: privacy@lastpay.app.
LASTPAY is designed to work with as little data as possible: the current version has no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking.
In short
This data is kept in the app's local storage on your device so the game can remember your progress and settings. It is not sent to us or anyone else, and we have no access to it. You can erase game progress and reminder data at any time with Settings → Reset Game Data or by deleting the app.
To find and fix bugs, LASTPAY uses Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) as our processor. When the app crashes or hits an error, and for a sample of app sessions, it sends a technical report that may include:
Reports do not include your name, email address, IP address or advertising identifier. Our Sentry account stores data in the European Union (Germany).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the game stable and fixing errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time — see section 11.
Retention: reports are deleted automatically after no more than 90 days.
From version 1.2.1, LASTPAY counts how many people play each day, so we can see whether players come back and which countries and languages the game reaches. No analytics SDK is used for this.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how many people play and whether they come back, to decide what to improve (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your choice: turn it off at any time in Settings → Anonymous stats.
Retention: the totals are kept for as long as we develop the game. They cannot be linked to you.
If you write to us — for example from the in-game Feedback screen, which opens your own email app, or directly to one of our addresses — we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to improve the game.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: up to 2 years after the conversation ends, unless we need it longer to deal with a legal claim.
Email sent to lastpay.app addresses is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our mailbox.
When you share or save a result card, the image is created on your device and handed to the app you pick in the system share sheet. We don't receive it. If you choose Save Image, iOS asks for permission to add photos — LASTPAY can only add the image, it cannot see your photo library.
LASTPAY can remind you on your payday. It asks once, after your first payday in the game, which days of the month you are paid on. Only if you choose Remind me does it ask your phone for permission to show notifications.
LASTPAY can also remind you once a day, around the hour you usually play. It asks once, on the second day in a row you play; you can also turn it on or off in Settings → Daily reminder. It comes at most once a day and never on a day you have already played.
lastpay.app is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (processor). To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address. The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers, and its fonts are served from our own domain.
Links of the form go.lastpay.app/<source>, which we post with our videos, count clicks as totals — the date, the source, the type of device (iPhone, Android or other) and the country — and then send you to the App Store, Google Play or this website. Nothing else about the click is stored.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in knowing which of our videos bring players (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The current version of LASTPAY shows no ads, offers no in-app purchases, does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. LASTPAY does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or the contents of your photo library.
If we add optional ads or purchases in a future version, we will update this policy before that version is released and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent in the app first.
We only share data with the service providers named above — Sentry (diagnostics) and Cloudflare (website, email routing and the anonymous usage counts) — which process it on our behalf under data processing agreements. App downloads and updates are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Sentry and Cloudflare are US companies. Where they or their subprocessors access data from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell or share personal data, including as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (including crash diagnostics and usage counts). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the authority in the country where you live.
Crash reports are not linked to your identity. To find yours, we may need details such as your device model and the approximate time of the crash; without them we may be unable to identify your data (Art. 11 GDPR).
LASTPAY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The app has no accounts, ads or purchases, and crash reports and usage counts contain no identity data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
Crash reports, usage counts and our website use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access to diagnostic data is limited to what is needed to fix problems.
We will publish any update on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects how your data is used (for example, adding ads), we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
